| Hi there, I now run a class in Barnham in West Sussex too - Wednesday nights all details are on our website www.linedancingevents.com just click on 'classes' I also run a free linedancing class at the Viking on Saturday afternoons - 1 - 2 is for beginners, and 2 - 4 is improver/intermediate level. You are all welcome to pop along at any time - keep an eye on either our own website (as above) or Andys viking website for details of bands etc. Julie xxx | |

| Hi Julie that's interesting that your are doing the viking classes now. What happened to the other instructor? Also - like your website - any chance of a link to this forum on it | |

| Hi Dancing Gal,
Ive been teaching there for nearly a year now, after the previous instructor's position was terminated. It would be unfair of me to say any more.
Im pleased to say that the dancers at the club have been incredibly welcoming and supportive of me, and we have added in an extra 'review' session at 6.30 on Saturday nights so people get a chance to go over the dances I've taught earlier in the day.
Please get in touch with us directly if you plan a trip to the Viking Dancing Gal, we would love to meet you!

| Summer before last I used to go every Saturday and Sunday lunch time. I really enjoyed it, but its quite a treck for me. I'm away this weekend but I may come along the following Saturday. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it for the early session. | |

| Hi Dancing Gal, Did you ever manage to get along to the Viking? If so did I meet you? I have a sneaky feeling I know who you are - but as you are a bit anon on here I wont use your real name. If its you of course..... And if that wasnt you lol, then I look forward to seeing you at the viking sometime! As you may have seen on the news on the 10th March Selsey was hit by a terrible storm and part of the Bunn Leisure site was literally washed away! The good news is that the Viking is miles from the troubled area, and managed to stay open during the whole time the main campsite was closed - we have been having a ball down there every Saturday, and were very disappointed to have to cut the March Madness Viking Party in half and finish on the Saturday Night. If you are thinking of coming along and want to keep up to date with which live acts are playing down there please check Andys website, the address is www.vikingcwdc.co.uk for all the details. Incidentally, he has put his Viking Radio back on , so for all you line dancers out there if you want to listen to your fave tracks you can have them playing whilst you surf (or work! lol) take care all Julie xxx | |

| Hi Julie no I didn't make it down. Life's a bit hectic at the moment so I haven't been able to make it. Both Saturday and Sunday mornings are booked for me and it takes me around 45 minutes to drive to the Viking. Assuming no tractors or sunday drivers.
What's the latest time I can get there and still have a teach?
I don't think you do know me, if I make it be sure that I'll introduce myself. | |

| Hi Dancing Gal,
Class starts at 1 pm on Saturday - and carries on til 4.....
between 1 and 2 I teach beginner level dances, and play a few intermediate requests, then from 2 - 4 its all intermediate teaches/reviews/requests only.
I also do reviews and sometimes complete teaches between 6.30 and 7.30 out of the goodness of my heart lol (keeps me busy whilst we are waiting for the bands to begin lol).
I look forward to meeting you one day soon - please note that there are no linedancing sessions on Sunday afternoons anymore, its Saturdays only!
