Jive Aces Empty
PostSubject: Jive Aces   Jive Aces Icon_minitimeSun 25 Mar 2007, 09:46

Hi everyone

Thanks to Pat Stott’s new dance, I have discovered Jive Aces and got their album – what a brilliant album it is, and I have found a track I wanted to write to!

The dance is called Jive Aces to Jive, Jive, Jive Aces – I hope you like it!

I believe Pat is writing another dance to another track on the album so well worth investing in!

Alan

Easy option for counts 1 – 4: right forward shuffle, hold (please note no ‘and’ beats in this section)

Section 4
Sweep R out behind L, step down on R, sweep L out behind R, step down on L,
R coaster, step forward on L

Restarts

Really easy to spot – 3 times during the song they sing a chorus which starts ‘Jive, Jive, Jive Aces’. This happens at the start of walls 3 (6 o’clock), 5 (12 o’clock) and 8 (3 o’clock). Simply dance first 32 counts only, then restart.

Optional Ending

You will be facing the 3 o’clock wall at the end of the dance, simply change the last step of the left shuffle to a 1/4 step to face the home wall and then hold.

REPEAT AND ENJOY!
