PostSubject: Homegrown Man - New Country Dance - New Artist   Sun 10 Jan 2010, 09:47

Hi everyone

I guy by the name of Christopher Tompson wrote to me before Christmas saying he
had written a country song and would I write a dance to the song.

It's a lovely country song so have done just that!

It is a beginner/improver dance - it does have two tags which are danced twice
during the dance, but there are REALLY VERY EASY to hear and and do!! So please
don't be put off by the script! If he writes any others, he has promised to
phase the song so that no tags are required!!!!

So, below is the script - now for where you can get the music - you can get the
music from 3 sources:

1. FREE download from our site - on the home page, scroll down to the script
and you'll see the download there (he has given us permission to put it on our
site for you)

2. iTunes - available at 79p

3. Directly from Christopher by emailing him at c.tompson@...

and you just won't miss them!

Hi everyone

Here is the video link to the dance - Juliet Lam and some of her dancers from the US kindly videoed the dance for us - and they've done a brill job! Thanks to her!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhaAP1Ntk6A&feature=channel

As you will see, when you watch the video - the tags are really easy and Juliet very kindly walks through the dance after dancing it to the music - so if you like country music, the song is great, as I've already said and I hope you'll all take a look!

Thanks

Alan
