I went last night and I have to report it was probably one of the friendliest clubs I've ever been too. I couldn't have been made more welcome. It was a very busy class with probably 40 or 50 people there. Lots of dances taught and at only £2.50 a class you certainly get your moneys worth.

As it's in a community centre there is also a very cheap bar. I didn't partake as I was driving. Anyway I have found that drink and linedance do not mix for me.

I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner as it's definitely for people who know what they are doing.

Good mix of country and pop which I like.

It was a 2 hour non stop class - sorry didn't have time to note down the names of the dances.

All I should tell you - my life has been a whole heap of strife and nonsense for the past year or so.

In fact for me 2007 has been absolute pooh. As a result my linedancing has more or less come to a complete halt. It has been one of the casualties along a very rocky road.

I'm on the road to mental recovery though and I'm back so I will be looking to find a new class very soon.
